Basic Wednesday night rules apply. See below. Please arrive in plenty of time to launch and pay if not prepaid.
Payback 100% and varies based on number of entrants.
We do this because we love to fish. We pitch in and help eachother. We allow 3 people per boat on certain designated tournaments to promote fishing with youth, family or co-ed. Troublemakers, whiners and complainers need not join the fun.
5 Bass 12" min, 4 Walleye 14" min, 3 Northern 18" min may be weighed .
Short fish or slot fish identified at weigh in are disqualified, plus a one pound deduction to total weight.
Places are determined by total weight of your 3 species on our digital scale.
Any Tie breakers needed after total weight = Total # of fish, then coin flip.
CATCH and RELEASE Practiced (Fish MUST be in circulating live wells)
Basic payback is 1 pay position for every 5 boats entered. 1-5 boats pays 1st place, 6-10 boats pays to 2nd, 11-15 boats pays to 3rd and so on. if 1st, 2nd and 3rd were paid out, typical split is 50%-35%-15%. We reserve the right to pay out more spots, never fewer.
Fish need to be brought to the scale in a water filled bag. We will have extras on hand to borrow if needed.
Live Bait is allowed.
Follow any and all State Regulations or length limits/slots - Example: Maximum 2 Pike over 30" and 2 Walleye over 20" per boat on most lakes. Regulations are applied to all tournaments as if the boat only has 2 anglers.
Teams arriving late for weigh in will be deducted 10% of their weight per minute late. Late means you are not within 200 yds of landing at designated ending time using GPS clock.
*Any team / anglers intoxicated or acting in a manner which endangers others or negatively impacts the reputation of the league will be subject to disqulaification and forfeit their entry.
As some rules may have loopholes, the Sprit of the Rules shall apply.
Anglers are responsible for their own actions, cleaning of invasive species from boats and trailers and must carry their own liability insurance.
Rodbenders assumes no responsibility.
